These Terms & Conditions apply to the BATTLE FORCE – Multiple Game Tournament App (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, developed and published by Mrx (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free Service.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.
Use of the Application
The Application is intended for users who wish to participate in multiple game tournaments.
Users must provide accurate information while using the Application.
Any misuse of the Application, including attempting to manipulate tournaments, scores, rewards, or systems, is strictly prohibited.
Login & Account Responsibility
The Application uses Mobile Number based OTP authentication only.
No username, password, or email address is required.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to their device.
The Service Provider is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by loss of device, SIM misuse, or user negligence.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Use cheats, hacks, mods, scripts, VPN abuse, or unfair methods
Attempt to exploit bugs or system loopholes
Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
Violation of fair-play rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension, tournament disqualification, or account termination without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or extraction of the Application’s source code is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, designs, logos, and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
Service Modifications & Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
Modify, update, or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time
Introduce paid features, tournaments, or services in the future
Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated to users before implementation.
User Data & Device Security
The Application processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users are strongly advised not to root or jailbreak their devices. Doing so may:
Compromise device security
Expose the Application to malware
Cause malfunction or service disruption
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by rooted or modified devices.

The Application uses third-party services that are governed by their own Terms & Conditions:

The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party service failures or policy changes.
Internet & Network Usage
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
Poor performance due to weak internet connectivity
Data charges incurred by your mobile network provider
Roaming charges when used outside your region or country
Users are responsible for all network-related charges.
Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and functional, they do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, rewards, or tournament participation.
Updates & Termination
The Application may receive updates from time to time.
Users agree to install updates when available.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the Application or user access at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination:
All granted rights will end
You must stop using and delete the Application if required
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
